Job Description

Established since 2006 and with a reputation for producing products of a very high specification, our client is experiencing a period of growth in their industry of operation. As a result of this growth, they wish to appoint an experienced Production Manager for their busy facility in Mid Ulster. The production manager will be involved with the planning, coordination and control of entire production process, from initial order through to the shop floor or customer home. The production manager will ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost; and that they are produced on time, to the satisfaction of the customer, at the right price. The production manager will be responsible for both human and material resources.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
  • Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
  • Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
  • Working out the human and material resources needed;
  • Drafting a timescale for the job;
  • Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
  • Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
  • Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
  • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmers;
  • Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
  • Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals;
  • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
  • Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
  • Reviewing the performance of subordinates;
  • Identifying training needs.
  • The production manager will be involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.

Candidate Profile

  • A proven track record in Production Management
  • Experience in achieving targets within a fast paced production environment

Housekeeper (Live in/Live out)

Job Description

We are looking for a House Keeper (Either Live in or Live Out) to assist one of clients based in the Mid Ulster area. 

General household duties such as:

  • Washing and ironing clothes
  • Dusting and polishing furniture
  • Brushing, Mopping or Vacuuming floor areas
  • Driving Client to appointments during working hours, using clients own vehicle
  • Helping to lift client in and out of car due to client being in a wheelchair
  • Nursing duties such as helping with toileting and bathing

 

 Essential

  • UK Driving License
  • Ability to drive manual car
  • Ability to understand English both written and verbal
  • Must be physically fit, as position will involve manual lifting.
  • Experience is not necessary as training will be given;

If the successful candidate opts for the live in option they will have their own bedroom and bathroom with no household bills to pay.
Live in Salary is £210pw net and will be slightly higher if candidate chooses to live out.

Candidates will be subject to obtaining an Enhanced Access NI check if selected for the post.

Hours of Work:

30hrs per week, days and times to be arranged with flexibility required.
