			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>SAGE Administrator – Part-Time, Greater Manchester Area </strong></p>
<p>A great role for an experienced administrator with a working knowledge of SAGE has arisen for a Manchester based manufacturing business.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for assisting the team with all general office duties to include a large degree of telephone work with clients and suppliers, ordering materials on a daily and weekly basis, raising purchase orders, faxing, filing and producing correspondence via e-mail, fax and letter. The ability to work accurately with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines will be extremely important.</p>
<p>The most important requirement is office experience including SAGE, as well as someone who is assertive, reliable, organised and has the ability to resolve problems.</p>
<p><strong>To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in office administration.</li>
<li>Minimum 12 months experience using SAGE 50.</li>
<li>Microsoft Excel and Word at advanced level.</li>
<li>Experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage although not essential.</li>
<li>Professional approach to business.</li>
<li>Confident communication skills.</li>
<li>Good use of English language.</li>
<li>Accurate keyboard skills.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Financial Controller – Permanent Position – Highly Competitive Remuneration </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Role Overview: </span></strong></p>
<p>Responsible for all financial &amp; accounting matters in a multi-product environment as a member of the company’s Senior Management Team. This role will involve contributing wholly to the cross functional strategic planning to achieve all company goals and objectives. A fundamental element of this role will be producing daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounts, incorporating weekly, monthly and annual K.P.I.s</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Responsibilities: </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible      for all aspects of cost accounting and financial strategic planning in a      multi-product environment, establishing forecasts based on new product      introductions and variance reporting.</li>
<li>Development of      budgets for each business unit</li>
<li>Development of      policies &amp; procedures as required</li>
<li>Compilation      &amp; management of timely and accurate reports to include:</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Weekly gross margin reports</li>
<li>Weekly K.P.I.s representing all business units</li>
<li>Monthly management accounts &amp; other MIS reporting (Including sales reports, product reports, margin reports)</li>
<li>Customer profitability</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Smooth running      of all aspects of administration</li>
<li>Ensure tax,      audit and company statutory compliance issues are in order (Including      PAYE, PRSI, VAT Returns and annual filing)</li>
<li>Staff      management linked to administration and overall H.R. Control</li>
<li>Salaries,      monthly/weekly, controls and reconciliations</li>
<li>Cash      management, credit control and cost control</li>
<li>Minimise ForEx      Exposure and foreign payments in multiple currencies</li>
<li>I.T. support      and development</li>
<li>Objective      setting and performance management of financial staff, and senior      operations staff</li>
<li>Manage debtors      days and creditors days to optimise available cash and cash flow</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Requirements: (Experience, Skills, Qualifications) </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Accountancy      Qualification – ACA, CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Extensive cost      accounting experience in a food (multi-product environment)</li>
<li>Demonstrable      experience in the coordination of all aspects of Financial Accounting I.E.      month end reporting, financial statutory accounts preparation, adhering to      strict internal corporate controls, working with internal/external      auditors E.G. US GAAP, IFRS, SOX. (Experience in these areas would be      highly advantageous)</li>
<li>Relevant      Industrial accounting experience at senior level (preferably within a      large food processing company)</li>
<li>Strong degree      of professionalism/business acumen, with the ability to interface      effectively at all levels</li>
<li>Strong      analytical skills</li>
<li>Strong      costing, cost analysis skills</li>
<li>Highly      developed leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills with      demonstrable ability in planning and setting goals and objectives</li>
<li>Proven continuous      improvement and change management experience with the ability to highlight      and maintain best practice initiatives</li>
</ul>
