The ideal candidate will have over two years experience in a call centre environment with experience of outbound sales. A confident and motivated candidate is desired.
The position will involve updating current client database records, cleansing existing databases, general administration as well as contacting customers to provide them with information on the company’s products in order to make a sale.
Excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys sales.

Sales Manager (Automotive) (Derry)
We are pleased to be representing one of the Northwest’s best known and largest franchise motor dealer.
Reporting to the Site Directors, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Management team and they will focus on managing a Sales team and maximizing the opportunities for the range of products whilst achieving agreed profitability targets.
The Role:
Work effectively with the new and used sales staff to achieve and sustain the optimal level and quality of sales.
Develop sales opportunities to maximise opportunities for the range of manufacturers and dealerships products.
Dynamically and professionally meet sales volumes and achieve generate exemplary levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure the team continuously delivers the highest level of customer satisfaction to every customer.
Ensure agreed profitability targets are met through the optimisation of sales opportunities combined with appropriate control of costs and expenditure.
To ensure expert and prompt advice is being provided to new and existing customers regarding the various finance and insurance products that are available with the sale of their new car.
The Person:
Experience within the motor industry is essential, in a Sales Manager role within a franchised environment and with experience in selling used car stock.
Must have a proven track record in high level sales and customer satisfaction.
Must possess strong managerial and communication skills.
Must be organised, administratively competent and dedicated to achieving results.
Should have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel),
Experience of Kerridge is desirable, but not essential as full training in this system will be provided.
A full driving licence is essential for the position.
Other Information:
All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm, plus 2 late evenings a week and Saturdays.
This is an exciting opportunity and will include an attractive performance based remuneration package.

The Person:
Candidates must have a proven track record in high level sales and quality wholesale/retail distribution.
Experience within the motor industry is desirable, with preferably 2 years experience but full training will be provided.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s, to include Maths and English.
It would be desirable that the candidate would have working Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel), and experience of Kerridge is desirable.

Operations Manager – Permanent Position – Highly Competitive Remuneration
Role Overview:
This is a Senior Management position and the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Operations within a multi-product environment. The primary aim of this role will be to contribute to cross-functional strategic planning to achieve company objectives. A key area of focus will be to ensure that costs, quality control, yield, & Human Resources are utilised to optimum levels to ensure the continuous improvement of profitability, customer satisfaction and overall company performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement change through the site in line with the corporate strategic plan
- Full management of the processing cycle, from inception to completion
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to provide clear senior leadership and report on operational performance at senior management meetings
- Ensure the delivery of agreed K.P.I.s for all production, quality and customer satisfaction activities and take appropriate action when necessary with emphasis on service and profit
- Co-ordinate and plan the processing schedule in the short, medium and long term, taking into account, customer requirements, in addition to seasonal variation and promotional plans
- Objective setting and performance management of middle management
- Strategic planning ensuring the most efficient use of company resources. (this is to include staff training, waste reduction & energy management)
- Identify areas of process failure to propose improvements and take necessary corrective action
- Ensure compliance with all internal, customer, legislative environmental, health & safety, food safety and quality requirements.
Key Requirements: (Experience, Skills, Qualifications)
- Degree in related subject/field or comparable work experience
- Industrial management experience, preferably within a large food processing environment
- Experience of running a BRC and/or Bord Bia approved facility
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, budgeting, inventory control and project management.
- Excellent knowledge of and understanding of slaughtering, boning, dispatch processes, quality standards and maintenance practices.
- Strong business acumen and professionalism, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Demonstrable ability in verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills with strength in planning, objective setting and time management
- Proven ability in continuous improvement and change management.
