Job Description
Customer Care Agents required with 2nd language.
Must be fluent in Dutch and English.
9 separate roles on offer, all are based in Belfast.
This company is a well established privately owned outsource contact centre based in Belfast with a track record of delivering an innovative service to renowned organisations across the globe.
With 3 facilities and over 1000 staff, they are at the forefront of their industry and have a reputation that is second to none having won many awards and accreditations in the past few years. They are continually adding to their team and now wish to recruit a number of ‘Agents’
Agents are to provide a positive customer experience through a personalised response to all inbound telephone calls and emails received for the outsourced client.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 6 Months of customer service experience and be fluent in Dutch & English. You must also have IT experience or have used a PC in daily work life.
