This company is a well established privately owned outsource contact centre based in Belfast with a track record of delivering an innovative service to renowned organisations across the globe.
With 3 facilities and over 1000 staff, they are at the forefront of their industry and have a reputation that is second to none having won many awards and accreditations in the past few years. Their client is one of the world’s best known technology and software companies. Its dedicated team provides multi lingual front line technical support within many product groups. We are now recruiting on their behalf for a ‘Moderator’
A Moderator is responsible for maintaining a clean and interactive environment for all participants in the forums. A Moderator is also the first customer facing contact point that would be able to identify the top and high impact issues affecting customers and market share. Reporting content gaps and needs to the subject matter expert is a critical role that a moderator should also take. A Moderator will be required to compose responses, generate solutions and interact with customers using similar dialogue and conversational styles. The role requires individuals who have very strong customer focus skills as they will be required to interact with the customers, thinking and composing their responses and not using the standards answers or QT’s.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Interact with customers via an online community
Provide technical support for customers using the tools and resources provided
Follow defined processes to create a positive customer and partner experience
Effectively communicate with customer via written correspondence in the Answers platform
Essential Criteria:
Fluency in written and spoken English with Dutch, Finnish, Danish or Flemish
6 months experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent technical proficiency and in depth knowledge of Microsoft products
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to deal confidently with escalations /complaints
Salary:
£6.49 per hour (equivalent to £13,500 per annum gross (taxes to be deducted).
Hours of Work:
40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday-Sunday
8am – 6pm and, however your Department’s operational hours are 24 hours 7 days per week. Your operational hours may be subject to change due to operational requirements. The nature of your employment is such that you will work whatever hours may be necessary to fulfill the duties of your post.

Customer Care Agents (Language Based)

Customer Care Agents with a 2nd language required for a Call Centre Operation based in Belfast.
We have multiple posts to fill by 5th July.

This company is a well established privately owned outsource contact centre based in Belfast with a track record of delivering an innovative service to renowned organisations across the globe.
With 3 facilities and over 1000 staff, they are at the forefront of their industry and have a reputation that is second to none having won many awards and accreditations in the past few years. They are continually adding to their team and now wish to recruit a number of ‘Agents’

Agents will be responsible taking inbound calls from customers of a specific service provider and are also responsible for identifying up/cross selling opportunities and educating customers on all possible options/items of interest.

It is essential that you have a minimum of 6 Months of customer service experience and be fluent in written and spoken English and one or more of the following languages Dutch/German//Swiss
It is also essential that you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft outlook and a sound understanding of the internet and how to use it.
The salary will be paid per hour and is equivalent to £14,000 per annum (gross)
40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern to include evening and weekends.
