			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Established in 1978 with a reputation for producing products of a very high standard and becoming one of the market leaders in Europe, our client is experiencing a period of growth in their industry of operation.  As a result of this growth they wish to appoint an <strong>Assistant Supervisor</strong> in their Chassis Shop for their busy facility in Mid Ulster.  The Assistant Supervisor will be involved in assisting the Department Manager in the administration, staff supervision, maintenance, health and safety, co-ordination of workflow and overall smooth running of the department.</p>
<p><strong>Duties to include but not limited to:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Supervision of operators on Chassis Shop floor</li>
<li>Ensuring that cell leaders are carrying out their duties effectively and efficiently</li>
<li>Coordinating work-flow</li>
<li>Stock control</li>
<li>Issuing Personal Protective Equipment</li>
<li>Re-working customer changes and ensuring snag are cleared.</li>
<li>Taking care of timesheets for operators across department</li>
<li>Expediting missing parts</li>
<li>Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping</li>
<li>Keeping standard drawings in order</li>
<li>Being aware of health and safety issues</li>
<li>General administrative duties as required by the position</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Essential Criteria</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Computer Literate</li>
<li>Welding knowledge preferably gained in an engineering environment</li>
<li>Supervisory Experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills as the position will involve liaison with various internal departments</li>
<li>Team player</li>
<li>Excellent work ethic and ability to prioritize workflow</li>
<li>Ability to work to deadlines</li>

<p><strong>Hours of Work</strong></p>
<p>Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm with flexibility to work outside these hours when required – will include Saturday mornings.</p>

<p>£18,000 &#8211; £20,000pa</p>

<p>To aid them in their ongoing expansion and positioning into new markets and geographical territories, a vacancy has arisen for an experienced: Lighting Installer.</p>
<p>To carry out lighting upgrades in public and commercial buildings throughout the UK and Ireland to the required quality standards including the sustained achievement of output targets.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To carry out all scheduled work as allocated by management</li>
<li>To carry out all lighting upgrade work to the required ISO 9001: 2001 quality standards following the set guidelines</li>
<li>To observe health and safety work practice regulations on site including the use of tools and other equipment</li>
<li>To achieve the set productivity levels</li>
<li>To carry out any other tasks which from time to time may be required by management</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Essential:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work as part of a team.</li>
<li>Good practical and communication skills and the ability to maintain high quality workmanship.</li>
<li>Access and use of own transport is essential</li>
<li>Willingness to participate in in-house and external training as required</li>
<li>Experience in dealing with the general public</li>
<li>Ability to travel throughout UK &amp; Ireland as required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous electrical experience would be advantageous but is not essential</li>
</ul>
