Duties to include but not limited to:

Providing guidance, advice & support on all aspects of administration to the Managers, Sales Team & accounts department as well as our valued customers.
Assisting customer with any queries they may have both on the telephone and face to face, tracking them on the system and following through with purchases.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing outstanding customer service & an excellent telephone manner.

Job Outline
This role relates to business testing as opposed to functional testing and the programme will be driven by business process change.
