<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Admin &amp; Sales Coordinator</span></strong><br />
Duties to include but not limited to:</p>
<p>Providing guidance, advice &amp; support on all aspects of administration to the Managers, Sales Team &amp; accounts department as well as our valued customers.<br />
Assisting customer with any queries they may have both on the telephone and face to face, tracking them on the system and following through with purchases.<br />
The successful candidate will have experience in providing outstanding customer service &amp; an excellent telephone manner.<br />
You must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills both oral and written.<br />
The administrator will be required to perform a number of general office duties, some more complex than others, cash handling, and achieve deadlines as required.<br />
Taking payment from customers at counter/over phone<br />
 </p>
<p>Please note – This is a VERY busy office. You must be able to perform under pressure. Previous experience is essential.</p>
<p>Essential<br />
Good knowledge of Word &amp; excel are crucial to the success of this role.<br />

<p>Job Outline<br />
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager&#8217;s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company&#8217;s overall strategy and goals.<br />

<p>Job Outline<br />
This role relates to business testing as opposed to functional testing and the programme will be driven by business process change. The role incorporates general network support and maintenance for internal systems, including resolving issues and providing product and system maintenance, in addition to ongoing support.</p>
<p>Core Duties &amp; Areas of Responsibility<br />
Define the internal and external User Acceptance Test Strategy<br />
Work closely with the Product manager and Software Development manager to define User Acceptance Tests<br />
Record, track and monitor the status of all errors arising from UAT testing.<br />
Support the product managers, sales team and development team with demo system setup<br />
Attending all the necessary project planning and status meetings.<br />
Working with the necessary stakeholders to acquire ongoing resources, spearheading and conducting all UAT communications.<br />
Leading go/ no-go decisions from a client perspective and providing UAT status reporting.<br />
This position will collaborate with the program management team, operations team, project sponsors, and with other key stakeholders.<br />
Support the internal network and systems<br />
Record, track and manage all internal support requests<br />
Candidate Profile<br />
The selected candidate will have a solid UAT testing background with proven experience working as a within a software product company.</p>
<p>Required experience and knowledge:<br />
Minimum of 3+ years Testing and UAT experience.<br />
Understanding of test methodologies<br />
Experience with the testing process<br />
Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br />

Job Outline<br />
The successful applicant will join an experienced development and test team in delivering high quality java based applications in an agile development environment. The role will involve:<br />
Analysing system requirements<br />
Designing, documenting and executing functional and performance test cases<br />
Manual testing of new releases, recording and following up on any bugs noted<br />
Contributing to the improvement of QA processes<br />
Retesting bugs when they are re-submitted into the test environment<br />
Support in the execution of UAT activities<br />
Candidate Profile<br />
A degree in IT or a related discipline<br />
At least 4 years’ experience in planning, writing and executing system test cycles with exposure to Java applications<br />
Knowledge and experience of test methodologies, test specification design, development and the execution in a structured test environment<br />
A working knowledge of databases, stress testing and SQL is essential<br />
Proven track record in the setup of Test Environments using various Software and Hardware configurations<br />
Experience in high volume stress testing would be beneficial<br />

Job Outline<br />
The main purpose of the job is to support to the Chief Operations Officer by providing operational management within the Company, to ensure the achievement of agreed corporate goals and to contribute positively to the strategic direction of the organisation.<br />
Core Duties &amp; Areas of Responsibility<br />
The need is for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of five years management experience in a commercial environment.  You will be accountable to the Chief Operations Officer for all operational activities on a day to day basis.  You will possess strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to implement operational strategies and initiatives, to further develop the business.  A proven track record in planning and delivering projects to a high standard, within strict timeframes is essential.  Furthermore you will have a flexible approach to support the company’s entrepreneurial flair.<br />
Candidate Profile<br />
Minimum of 5+ years experience as an Operations Manager preferably within the IT industry<br />
Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br />
Bachelor&#8217;s degree<br />
Excellent management and teamwork skills<br />
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority<br />
Must be able to travel and work outside normal office hours as and when necessary<br />
A solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development and strategic planning</p>

At present we are currently seeking applications for the post of<br />
‘Duty Manager’ to be based in their store in Dublin.<br />
Reporting to the branch Business Development Manager the Duty Managers main purpose will be to support the BD Manager in running the branch effective ensuring its meets set targets in sales, customer service and efficiencies.<br />
Specific duties will include:<br />
Maintaining branch sales<br />
Generating new business<br />
Staff management<br />
Branch administration<br />
Merchandising<br />
Customer care<br />
When required to actively go out calling on existing and new customers, and report on these activities<br />
To carry out staff training and induction<br />
To support the Business Development Manager in any issues involving staff<br />
Till management<br />
Banking<br />
The successful candidate will have recent and substantial demonstrated experience within a retail environment at a similar level ideally in the hair and beauty industry. You should also have a full Driving licence.<br />
Salary for this position will be dependant on experience, skills and industry knowledge and will most likely be between €19000-€230000, various bonus schemes will also apply.</p>
