Network Recruitment Letterkenny are working with an award winning and highly prestigious employer to assist them in making an integral addition to their team of highly experienced and skilled professionals in the Dublin area. This company have business interests in a varied range of industries to include; Property Development, Investment, Hospitality and Retail to name but a few. As a result of continued growth, they wish to make an integral appointment to their operations in the Dublin area. They wish to receive applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of H.R. Generalist. Reporting to the Company Secretary and based in their Dublin Office, they wish to appoint a HR Generalist with Payroll experience who will take responsibility for the day to day HR activities within the Group.

Responsibilities will include
• Employee Relations, Grievance & Disciplinary and Performance Management
• Recruitment & Selection of key personnel within the group
• Compensation & Benefits including pension, healthcare etc
• Development and implementation of group HR policies
• Providing guidance to managers to ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees.
• Keeping up to date with legislative changes relating to Irish, Northern Irish and UK employment law including industry specific REA’s and JLC’s.
• Process payroll for approximately 170 employees
• Comply with all PAYE, PRSI and Income Levy requirements
• Preparation, reconciliation and submission of returns to Revenue Commissioners and CSO

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience
• 3rd level qualification/CIPD accreditation
• Payroll / Accounting Technician qualification
• Experience working within a stand alone HR role in a variety of industries
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels while working closely with the management team.
