Job Outline
The successful applicant will join an experienced development and test team in delivering high quality java based applications in an agile development environment. The role will involve:
Analysing system requirements
Designing, documenting and executing functional and performance test cases
Manual testing of new releases, recording and following up on any bugs noted
Contributing to the improvement of QA processes
Retesting bugs when they are re-submitted into the test environment
Support in the execution of UAT activities
Candidate Profile
A degree in IT or a related discipline
At least 4 years’ experience in planning, writing and executing system test cycles with exposure to Java applications
Knowledge and experience of test methodologies, test specification design, development and the execution in a structured test environment
A working knowledge of databases, stress testing and SQL is essential
Proven track record in the setup of Test Environments using various Software and Hardware configurations
Experience in high volume stress testing would be beneficial

The need is for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of four years management experience in a commercial environment. Job Outline
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Core Duties & Areas of Responsibility
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Deliver Market requirements Documents and Product Requirements Documents with prioritised features and corresponding justification
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals

Required experience and knowledge:

Job Outline
This role relates to business testing as opposed to functional testing and the programme will be driven by business process change. The role incorporates general network support and maintenance for internal systems, including resolving issues and providing product and system maintenance, in addition to ongoing support.
Core Duties & Areas of Responsibility
Define the internal and external User Acceptance Test Strategy
Work closely with the Product manager and Software Development manager to define User Acceptance Tests
Record, track and monitor the status of all errors arising from UAT testing.
Support the product managers, sales team and development team with demo system setup
Attending all the necessary project planning and status meetings.
Working with the necessary stakeholders to acquire ongoing resources, spearheading and conducting all UAT communications.
Leading go/ no-go decisions from a client perspective and providing UAT status reporting.
This position will collaborate with the program management team, operations team, project sponsors, and with other key stakeholders.
Support the internal network and systems
Record, track and manage all internal support requests
Candidate Profile
The selected candidate will have a solid UAT testing background with proven experience working as a within a software product company.
Required experience and knowledge:
Minimum of 3+ years Testing and UAT experience.
Understanding of test methodologies
Experience with the testing process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline E.G. I.T./Computer Science
Technical background, with experience in the full software development lifecycle
Excellent teamwork skills
Understanding of network setup and support processes
Ability to work in a time critical environment
