Set in picturesque County Leitrim, this stunning luxury hotel boasts an outstanding reputation for exemplary customer service. This hotel places a great deal of importance on its staff and staff development. Due to the hotels success, they now have a rare opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to join their management team as Duty Manager.
This is an integral role within the company and will require the suitable candidate to be driven, motivated, customer focused and be experienced in conference and banqueting. As Duty Manager you will be required to ensure that all team members are trained to carry out effective, professional service. You will also ensure that high 4* standards are set and maintained.
The ideal candidate will have strong personal qualities, good presentation and communication skills, the ability to multi-task with effective management of time and priorities and be highly productive, organised and flexible. More importantly, they should have a real desire to deliver excellent customer service. Suitable candidates must have a minimum 4* background.

The Role
- Focus on driving sales and maximising profitability

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a well experienced and qualified individual to take up the post of ‘Financial Controller’ within a thriving business based in Derry.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant who is capable of managing the day-to-day finance function of the business; you must have a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience. Knowledge of measuring process costings and balance scorecard reporting is also essential and you will have previous management experience and will be able to demonstrate leadership and managerial ability with strong decision making skills.
You will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities that will include:
Preparation of weekly accounts
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Assistance in the preparation of annual statutory accounts
Preparation of annual business budgets and projections
Presentation of reports
Management of day to day financial activity
Management and mentoring of the finance team
