The Role
- Focus on driving sales and maximising profitability
- Providing excellent customer service, leading by example
- Managing, developing and motivating sales team
- Ensure merchandise is displayed in a commercial manner designed to maximize its potential
- The devising of strategies to assist in achieving targets
- Management of daily store activities and tasks
- Ensuring employee delivery of the highest level of customer service
- Driving customer service standards to achieve sales and exceed customer satisfaction targets are exceeded
The Person
- Must have a proven track record of managing a large team (Minimum 3 years)
- Must have solid experience of retail industry, ideally fashion (4 years +)
- KPI driven and understand market trends, customers and competition
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Demonstrates strong leadership ability
- Is professional and demonstrates commercial and operational acumen
- Has impeccable standards of work and personal standards
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Gain commitment and maximize contribution from team
- Employee motivation and development skills
- Ability to delivery the highest level of sales and customer service
- Excellent coaching and people management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
