Retail Sales Consultants
2 X Part Time (Min 20 hours per week) & 1 X Full Time positions
Positions available in Letterkenny
Store open Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 6pm and Sunday 1pm – 6pm.
Candidates will be expected to work weekends as required.
Good rates of pay
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established leading retailer with multiple branches throughout the Northwest / West area.
Candidates must:
Have a minimum of 2 years recent direct sales experience within the retail industry preferably within the telecommunications industry
Be results and target driven
Have excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Profile:
This role will involve assuming full responsibility for providing outstanding customer care, achieving personal targets and maintaining store standards consistently.

- Proficiency in using an up to date till and order system essential

These roles require suitably experienced and interested applicants to work a standard retail rota each week to include 5 days per week from Monday to Sunday. This pattern will involve working Saturdays and Sundays and some late nights.

Job Profile/Core Duties:

Main Duties:
- Ensuring that your branch achieves all financial targets

Experience Required:
- Previous managerial retail experience where you have successfully sold key purchase products such as furniture, Cars, electronic goods or mobile phones.
- A proven track record of management/supervisory experience to include, controlling costs, recruitment, training, health and safety, within a retail or similar environment.
- The ability to motivate and mentor staff to achieve team goals and objectives
- Staff management and performance management experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle any customer care issues
- Individuals must possess a solid career history with evidence of consistently delivering outstanding customer service and achieving personal and team targets
