We are pleased to be representing one of the Northwest’s best known and largest franchise motor dealer.<br />
Reporting to the Site Directors, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Management team and they will focus on managing a Sales team and maximizing the opportunities for the range of products whilst achieving agreed profitability targets.<br />
The Role:<br />
Work effectively with the new and used sales staff to achieve and sustain the optimal level and quality of sales.<br />
Develop sales opportunities to maximise opportunities for the range of manufacturers and dealerships products.<br />
Dynamically and professionally meet sales volumes and achieve generate exemplary levels of customer satisfaction.<br />
Ensure the team continuously delivers the highest level of customer satisfaction to every customer.<br />
Ensure agreed profitability targets are met through the optimisation of sales opportunities combined with appropriate control of costs and expenditure.<br />
To ensure expert and prompt advice is being provided to new and existing customers regarding the various finance and insurance products that are available with the sale of their new car.<br />
The Person:<br />
Experience within the motor industry is essential, in a Sales Manager role within a franchised environment and with experience in selling used car stock.<br />
Must have a proven track record in high level sales and customer satisfaction.<br />
Must possess strong managerial and communication skills.<br />
Must be organised, administratively competent and dedicated to achieving results.<br />
Should have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel),<br />
Experience of Kerridge is desirable, but not essential as full training in this system will be provided.<br />
A full driving licence is essential for the position.<br />
Other Information:<br />
All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.<br />
Hours of Work:  Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm, plus 2 late evenings a week and Saturdays.<br />
This is an exciting opportunity and will include an attractive performance based remuneration package.<br />

<p>Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidates will be key members of the sales teams and they will focus on actively prospecting every sales opportunity whilst continuously delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.<br />

To work effectively with the Dealer Principal / Sales Manager and sales staff to achieve and sustain the optimal level and quality of sales.<br />
Develop sales opportunities to maximise opportunities for the range of manufacturers products.<br />
Dynamically and professionally meet sales volumes and achieve generate exemplary levels of customer satisfaction.<br />
The Person:<br />
Candidates must have a proven track record in high level sales and quality wholesale/retail distribution.<br />
Experience within the motor industry is desirable, with preferably 2 years experience but full training will be provided.<br />
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s, to include Maths and English.<br />
It would be desirable that the candidate would have working Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel), and experience of Kerridge is desirable.<br />
A full driving licence is essential for the position.<br />
Other Information:<br />
All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.<br />
Hours of Work:  Monday to Friday, including 2 late evenings a week and Saturdays.<br />

<p>Reporting to the Site Directors, an individual with exceptional leadership skills and strong commercial acumen is required to oversee the running of one of their busy dealerships, which will incorporate the sales and aftersales departments of this business.<br />
The Role:<br />
Overall responsibility for the effective, efficient running of all aspects of the franchises operations (sales and aftersales departments), within budget constraints<br />
Take responsibility for developing and attaining a culture of achievement and accountability within the site, and ensure exceptionally high standards of customer satisfaction are achieved.<br />
Ensure the Manufacturer’s and Company’s standards and processes are complied with.<br />
Communicate effectively with relevant customers and agencies to include internal and external customers, manufacturer representatives, external auditors, etc.<br />
Drive a process of continuous improvement throughout the extensive operations of the dealership.</p>
<p>The Person:<br />
Managerial experience within the motor industry is essential, within a franchised dealership.<br />
Have a strong operational knowledge, preferably gained within the motor trade.<br />
Possess the ability to develop, plan and implement the strategy and policies for all dealership activities;<br />
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to maintain and develop relationships with key customers;<br />
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to build strong plans, processes and controls and ensure delivery through your team;<br />
Have the ability to assimilate and analyse information and to think strategically, formulate decisions and make recommendations;<br />
Possess excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to motivate, drive and inspire others, including the sales and aftersales team<br />
Proficient IT skills to include knowledge of MS Office. Experience of Kerridge would be desirable, however full training will be provided.</p>
