<li>Recording incoming and outgoing mail</li>
<li>Presenting a professional image of the company through a high standard of receptionist cover.</li>
<li>Provide a quality administration service through typing, word processing, filing and general office duties.</li>
<li>Preparation of large documents through word processing</li>
<li>Facilitate Room bookings</li>
<li>Cash Handling</li>
<li>Banking</li>

<p>The ideal candidate will have a bubbly and extrovert personality with excellent time management and fantastic communication skills.</p>

Receptionist/Secretary/Travel Coordinator required for 9 Month Temporary Contract starting in September.<br />
Based in Donegal, in close proximity to Derry. The Company we are representing is a leading Manufacturer who have over 20 years experience operating throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, serving large-scale industrial and commercial markets.<br />
Based at a manufacturing facility in Co Donegal, they develop and supply an extensive range of products.<br />
The main function of this role will include:<br />
Provide full secretarial and receptionist support to the Managing Director<br />
Coordination of all travel arrangements for MD and other staff<br />
Managing multi-user switchboard<br />
Consolidating multi-credit card monthly statements (with reference to Travel)<br />
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of facilitating Director level support, having attained strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.<br />
You should be educated to Leaving certificate/GCSE level or equivalent holding qualifications in 5 subjects to include Maths and English a Grade C or above.<br />
You should also have a significant number of years experience in a similar role.<br />
In addition the successful candidate should have:<br />
Excellent organisation skills with experience of managing and prioritising a busy workload<br />
Strong interpersonal skills coupled with an enthusiastic “can-do” approach<br />
The ability to deal positively under pressure and enjoyment of a busy working environment<br />
Full competency with Microsoft Office and email<br />
It is highly desirable that the successful candidate will come with previous experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment.<br />

Designing, documenting and executing functional and performance test cases<br />
Manual testing of new releases, recording and following up on any bugs noted<br />
Contributing to the improvement of QA processes<br />

A degree in IT or a related discipline<br />
At least 4 years’ experience in planning, writing and executing system test cycles with exposure to Java applications<br />

A working knowledge of databases, stress testing and SQL is essential<br />
Proven track record in the setup of Test Environments using various Software and Hardware configurations<br />

Job Outline<br />
The main purpose of the job is to support to the Chief Operations Officer by providing operational management within the Company, to ensure the achievement of agreed corporate goals and to contribute positively to the strategic direction of the organisation.<br />
Core Duties &amp; Areas of Responsibility<br />
The need is for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of four years management experience in a commercial environment.  You will be accountable to the Chief Operations Officer for all operational activities on a day to day basis.  You will possess strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to implement operational strategies and initiatives, to further develop the business.  A proven track record in planning and delivering projects to a high standard, within strict timeframes is essential.  Furthermore you will have a flexible approach to support the company’s entrepreneurial flair.<br />

Suitable individuals will have direct sales experience in retail, field or maybe even Telesales. Ideally you will have significant experience in a similar role successfully achieving targets. You must have your own vehicle and be prepared to work hours that may include evenings and weekends.</p>
<p>Although most roles of this nature are normally commission only, this particular business is willing to offer a basic wage which will/can then be ‘topped up’ with commission based on hitting targets. Expected earnings are likely to be mid €20’s + for those hitting set targets and €30k+for those over achieving.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Established in 1978 with a reputation for producing products of a very high standard and becoming one of the market leaders in Europe, our client is experiencing a period of growth in their industry of operation.  As a result of this growth they wish to appoint an <strong>Assistant Supervisor</strong> in their Chassis Shop for their busy facility in Mid Ulster.  The Assistant Supervisor will be involved in assisting the Department Manager in the administration, staff supervision, maintenance, health and safety, co-ordination of workflow and overall smooth running of the department.</p>
<p><strong>Duties to include but not limited to:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Supervision of operators on Chassis Shop floor</li>
<li>Ensuring that cell leaders are carrying out their duties effectively and efficiently</li>
<li>Coordinating work-flow</li>
<li>Stock control</li>
<li>Issuing Personal Protective Equipment</li>
<li>Re-working customer changes and ensuring snag are cleared.</li>
<li>Taking care of timesheets for operators across department</li>
<li>Expediting missing parts</li>
<li>Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping</li>
<li>Keeping standard drawings in order</li>
<li>Being aware of health and safety issues</li>
<li>General administrative duties as required by the position</li>
</ul>

<li>Computer Literate</li>
<li>Welding knowledge preferably gained in an engineering environment</li>

The main remit of this position is to act as the primary point of contact for customers assigned to a specific geographical territory to provide technical support, and a comprehensive level of customer service, to ensure that sales are increased with new and existing accounts.<br />
Job Purpose:<br />
To act as the primary point of contact for customers assigned to the territory providing technical support and customer service with the ultimate goal of increasing sales at new and existing accounts.<br />
Main Duties/Responsibilities:<br />
Account Maintenance<br />
•	Troubleshoot/resolve customer complaints and issues<br />
•	Follow-up on late orders<br />
•	Develop/review price quotas<br />
•	Monitor open order status<br />
•	Conduct account follow-up calls<br />
•	Develop and submit daily sales reports<br />
•	Coordinate on-site sales calls with Outside sales reps<br />

New Account/product generation<br />
•	Provide background market research on new markets and materials<br />
•	Lead follow-up<br />
•	Conduct cold calls<br />

•	Seek out new avenues for company products<br />
•	Attempt to expand company market share<br />
•	Complete any other duties assigned<br />
•	Contract negotiation and review of sales agreements with business customers<br />
•	Occasional travel to obtain an understanding of customer and industry requirements<br />
•	Develop and maintain contacts in the customer and manufacturing communities<br />
•	Managing relationships with key accounts and working to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels<br />
•	Handle incoming calls, including order status, problem solving, etc., as needed<br />

<p>Essential Criteria:<br />
•	Candidates must possess strong technical acumen with a degree or 3rd level qualification in Engineering, Materials Science or Chemistry, or in a related discipline.<br />

•	Strong I.T. skills essential<br />
Desirable Criteria:<br />
