<p>Main Tasks &#038; Responsibilities<br />
·Measure and fabricate timber moulds for the manufacture of precast concrete products as per AutoCAD generated drawings.<br />
·Operate portable electric saws to cut / rip timber as required.<br />
·Set up / prepare moulds in readiness for pouring of concrete.<br />
·Place and secure steel reinforcement and specified fixings / fittings.<br />
·Pour concrete into moulds, level and compact using poker vibrator.<br />
·Float concrete to achieve specified finish.<br />
·Strike and de-mould product when concrete has hardened.<br />
·Transfer product to concrete finishing area.<br />
·Clean and prepare moulds for further casts of concrete.<br />
·Adhere to Company Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times, wearing specified PPE and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.<br />
·Any other duties assigned by supervisors/managers commensurate with the job. </p>
<p>Other duties may be added to your workload which are deemed necessary for the smooth running of the day to day operations and which are considered to be within your work capabilities.</p>
<p>Person Specification<br />
Essential:<br />
·Served joinery apprenticeship.<br />
·Proficient in measuring and cutting of timber.<br />
·Proficient in the use of cross-cut, circular, rip saws, etc.<br />
·Able to read AutoCAD generated drawings.<br />
·Medically fit to undertake the physical demands of the job.</p>
<p>Desirable:<br />
·Previous experience of working in a similar environment / industry.<br />
·Woodworking machinery training certificate.<br />
·Gantry crane operators licence.</p>

Tyrone Headquarters, this is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly expanding company competing in international markets.</p>
<p>As a result of continued growth and demand for their high quality products, they wish to introduce an integrated new product development process. And as a result of this, they require an experienced Design Engineer to create and evaluate design proposals; oversee direction, development and design of the company products through the use of CAD and Solid Works.</p>
<p><strong>Core Skills &amp; Experience Required: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years experience</li>
<li>Degree qualified in mechanical engineering or closely related discipline (experienced HND/HNC candidates will be considered)</li>
<li>Experience of full life cycle mechanical product design</li>
<li>Strong grasp of materials selection for a wide range of mechanical products</li>
<li>Production of high quality manufacturing drawings containing full tolerance and geometrical tolerancing and detailed finishing specifications</li>
<li>Understanding of motion control mechanisms and design concepts</li>
<li>Experience with 3D and 2D modeling software</li>
<li>Experience in the design, manufacturing and sourcing of materials to ensure quality standards are obtained</li>

<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take hold of the role and truly make it their own as they will be given complete autonomy to manage their time and tasks in making sure work is carried out in a timely and cost effective manner. </p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Duties to include but not limited to:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Receive instruction and liaise with relevant surveyors to carry out job inspections</li>
<li>Collate and co ordinate reports within strict timeline</li>
<li>Monitor logged calls and time taken to complete tasks</li>
<li>Liaising with various contractors to co-ordinate jobs</li>
<li>Solving problems and managing complaints</li>
<li>Processing invoices</li>
<li>Provide information current jobs as and when requested.</li>
<li>General admin associated with role</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">To apply for this position you must have:</span></strong></p>

<li>Have a min of 2yrs admin experience in the facilities management or construction sector</li>
<li>Be highly competent in MS office, in particular MS Excel</li>

<li>Have good problem solving skills and able to use own initiative</li>
<li>Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work as part of a team</li>

<p>As a result of ongoing growth and expansion, they wish to receive applications from suitably experienced individuals for the role of <strong>Assistant Production Manager</strong> to be based at their facility in the Derry/Tyrone area.</p>
<p><strong>Job Objective/Purpose:</strong></p>
<p>To manage the production team to ensure maximum efficiency of all operations and to meet all expected targets and outputs on a daily basis in terms of quality, hygiene and health and safety.</p>
<p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Interpret daily production sheets and react to any changes required</li>
<li>Ensure day-to-day running of production department, ensuring targets are met in terms of quality and all relevant procedures are followed as detailed in the Work Instructions</li>
<li>Ensure standards of hygiene and health &amp; safety are maintained in your department.</li>
<li>Ensure tasks are being performed efficiently, quickly and with due diligence, care and attention. </li>
<li>Deal with basic problems as they arise and keep the Production Manager up to date of any issues.</li>
<li>Liaise with various personnel / senior people to ensure efficient running of department</li>
<li>Ensure Controllers and Charge-hands are fully trained and carrying out their duties.</li>
<li>Take instructions from the production manager and ensure it filters through to employees and is followed as required</li>
<li>Ensure all necessary documentation i.e. temperature, weight, metal detection is completed accurately and on time </li>
<li>Any other reasonable duties as required</li>
</ul>

<p>Due to continual growth they wish to receive applications from interested candidates for the role of <strong>Group Account Manager. </strong>This position will assist and contribute towards the development and maintenance of the sales division. This position will be responsible for a region encompassing <strong>North Leinster</strong>. <strong>(Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Monaghan and Westmeath)</strong>The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager (North), Commercial Director and any other member of the management team where appropriate.</p>

<li>Increase participation within the stores.</li>

<li>Maintain standards within the stores and audit regularly.</li>
<li>Review HACCP &amp; advise retailer when required.</li>
<li>Advise on all aspects of Central Billing.</li>
<li>Train staff in merchandising, maintaining layouts and the importance of stock rotation.</li>
<li>Inform retailers of promotions, new products, special offers etc.</li>
<li>Communicate any news from within the company i.e. new signings, new appointments etc.</li>

<p><strong>The successful candidate will have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Two years Store or Assistant Store management experience with a grocery retailer.<strong></strong></li>
<li>At a minimum of two years relevant experience in sales role in the Grocery/ Symbol Sector.</li>
<li>A full clean driver’s license.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills- both written and oral.</li>
<li>Be highly motivated; possess excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Be Systems Oriented.</li>
<li>Team player. Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to work on tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.</li>
